Centennary of Ballarat's Begonias

Statement
In creating the visual expression for this milestone, we drew upon the City's link with Eureka (and its well known flag!) as well as using a carpet of begonias (an obvious choice, but one that appeals to the target market). Two begonias were used in the carpet - where they were re-coloured, duplicated and manipulated. The single colour was chosen to unify the image as well as to highlight the message in blue
